
The transition from summer to fall programming will usher-in an eight-week experiment –
AKALOO.
AKALOO is a biblically-based discipleship curriculum developed by the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America’s publishing house, Augsburg-Fortress.

AKALOO is based on Jesus’ simple, radical call to discipleship. Are you ready to
AKALOO?AKALOO moves beyond Sunday School with a lifelong approach to discipleship that engages the whole congregation: children, youth, and adults.
Beginning Sunday, September 7th, we will begin an all-congregation emphasis asking the question, “What is the Church?” Multi-generational and age-specific learning will be a part of the weeks during September and October. High school youth and adults will be a part of
AKALOO educational offerings, as well.
A special opportunity for youth and adults during these weeks will be the chance to be part of a GA Orchestra. Interested instrumentalists will practice with Phil Holzman during the education hour. The group will play in worship on the Sunday, October 26.
